In a recent company survey we asked team members to reflect on what are our greatest strengths as a company… The overwhelming response, our people! Our leadership team, under the direction of CEO Lars Griggs, could not have agreed more.  In this blog we’ll peel back the onion and share some of the recent promotions & restructuring that has happened and a bit of the why behind those promotions. We'll also discuss how our pursuit of excellence as a team is the driving force behind why we are constantly evolving to better serve our customers.

Rob Dennis – Promoted to Chief Operating Officer

After leading our Residential Division with outstanding results for years, Rob is stepping into the role of Chief Operating Officer. In this new position, Rob will oversee operations across both our Residential and Commercial divisions, bringing his proven ability to streamline processes, boost efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences company-wide. Customers can expect the same attention to detail and responsiveness they’ve always counted on—only now powered by an even more unified and agile operation.

Joey Saddoris – Promoted to Commercial Division Manager

Joey has been the driving force behind many of our commercial projects in recent years. His promotion to Commercial Division Manager is a natural next step. Joey’s years of experience in the commercial roofing space, along with deep understanding of complex commercial roofing challenges made him the obvious fit for this new role. When it comes to commercial roofing he just gets it! He knows all the parts and pieces that help us deliver the highest quality commercial roofing solutions and he has a relentless focus on customer satisfaction. We're confident this makes him well-suited to take our commercial team to new heights.

Ben Gross – Promoted to Residential Division Manager

Ben’s operational expertise and hands-on leadership have consistently raised the bar in every role he has been in with Woodall.  As our new Residential Division Manager, Ben will guide the division with the same commitment to quality, safety, and on-time delivery that our homeowners have come to trust. His promotion ensures that every residential customer continues to receive white-glove service.
