The school district reached out to Woodall Roofing & Exteriors to perform an in depth evaluation of their existing roof conditions. We performed multiple core samples along with a thermal drone scan to determine if the existing roof was a suitable candidate for an overlay. After meeting with the school administrators to learn about their needs and priorities for the facility and expectations for a new roofing system, we recommended a Duro-Last, 80 Mil PVC membrane overlay. Utilizing an overlay system allowed the school to enhance the roof and obtain a premium 30 Year warranty roof while avoiding the cost, extended project timeline and building disruptions associated with a full tear off.

During this project we utilized the TIPS cooperative to save the district on project costs. We worked in coordination with Duro-Last and the school to deliver a 30 year premium warranty that will protect Livingston elementary school students and staff for decades!
